Refund & Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our standard delivery timeframe is 3–7 business days (domestic) and 7–21 business days (international), so your return window begins only after delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags attached
In its original packaging
Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at Arnia@arniacraftygirl.com to start your return. Once approved, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless defective or damaged:

Opened skincare, cosmetics, or bath/beauty products
Custom or personalised orders
Sale items and gift cards

Unworn jewellery and accessories in original condition are eligible for return.

Damages & Defective Items

Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately at Arnia@arniacraftygirl.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to process the payment. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at Arnia@arniacraftygirl.com.

EU Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.
