🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
• The item is not listed as a non-returnable product (see below)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:

• Eyeshadows and cosmetics
• Lip balms
• Soaps and skincare products
• Any item marked as final sale

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos and we will make it right. 💚

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery within South Africa 🇿🇦

• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel's journey.
